Stock prices had a nice day for a change . The market could have plunged today. Although there was not much optimistic news out, stocks bounced off 12 year lows to close up 150 points on the DOW. The technicals indicate that an oversold market rally is at hand, but fundamentals and news rule the day. Big early selling in the insurance stocks was a big cause for concern. General Electric was trading at 5.73 at the low this morning and closed at a new low . Be careful of this market.-Lou
