If you are stressed out about getting your taxes prepared by next Wednesday's April 15th deadline, then why not file for an automatic extension until October 15th?
Although you may extend your time to file, you still must pay any taxes you estimate is due when you file the extension. Anytime between April 15th and October 15th you can file your 2008 income tax return (if you are like me you will start working on it October 14th).-Lou
